NOTE: COIL PS is a 100 A supply, thus actual COIL current is 0.5x COIL set point.
Changed the FEBIAD connector blocks to have copper tubes exit below the block. Extended ANODE wire to allow it to be wrapped around Cu-tubes and
keep it further away from the GE lines.
