Wednesday, August 13, 2014, 11:54 : Curtis Ballard contacted me and asked if they could valve off the Cu-LCW circuit to the Test Stand. Heaters had been previously brought down. Bias off and power supplies are switched off. IV4 closed.

Wednesday, August 13, 2014, 12:00: Cooling water syupply valved off to Test Stand.
