The (G) block line was disconnected and 'Blanked' off. The (G) line, block to feed through, was re-tested. No leak was found on blank off.

O-ring area cleaned. O-ring replaced. Blank removed. Block to Coil end reconnected. Leak highest when He sprayed directly on block.

Masking tape and/or 'putty' added block to block & confirm solder joint ok.

(E)(G) line removed. Block to block leak/sealing issue confirmed. (G) block leaks on the seat. (E) block ok. Tested externally. Achieves 1.0e-09 leak rate.


Wednesday, May 10, 2017, 09:22: Test stand (G) line from block to feed through has a separate leak. Cannot achieve below e-04 leak rate. Does not fully seal.


Removed heat shield to condition in evaporator 2.
