| Upon inspection it was found that the bolt attaching the FC to the actuator had fallen off. The bolt was reattached and FC0 can be actuated in/out again. |

A water leak on MB1 was found and reported by operations on June 10th e fault 7429
MB1 can not be switched on due to an TSH:MB1 water flow trip. Paddle wheel is rotating.
