I stopped the conditioning station vacuum pumps. The CS is still under vacuum without venting.
Entry  Thursday, February 25, 2016, 09:27, David Wang, ITW, Standard Operation, TM2, , TM2 has been disconnected in ITW
TM2 has been disconnected in ITW (except vacuum lines). The vacuum system is still operating.
Entry  Thursday, February 25, 2016, 09:29, David Wang, ITE, Standard Operation, TM4, , TM4 has been disconnected in ITE.
TM4 has been disconnect in ITE(except  vacuum lines). The ITE vacuum system is still operating.
Entry  Wednesday, March 02, 2016, 09:51, David Wang, ITW, Standard Operation, TM2, , all water lines on TM2 and TM4 are purged.
All water lines on TM2 and TM4 are purged for upcoming water lines helium pressure test.
Entry  Wednesday, March 02, 2016, 10:04, David Wang, ITW, Standard Operation, TM2, , Leak check on ITW and TM2.
Dan and I leak checked TM2 and ITW primary vacuum vessel. It was found a 1X E-7 atm.cc/sec leak on top T flange seal between TM2 and dump module in first
time check. But it is not a repeatable leak. I checked the same spot and around area two more times with increased helium volume.It did not show up again.
The first response could  be a helium drift to dry scroll pump. I will check it again later. The primar vacuum vessel on ITW and TM2 are leak free.
Entry  Friday, March 04, 2016, 12:34, David Wang, ITE, Standard Operation, TM4, , TM4 ITE annual leak check
Dan and I finished TM4 and ITE annual leak check on primary and secondary vacuum vessel. We found one leak on a KF25  blank off which is located
on the top of the service cap. It is a low E-7 atm.cc/sec range leak. But, it is very close to turbo-pumps so ITE IG1 and other gauges are not affected
by it very much. It is an easy fix. TheKF -25 center ring on the blank off  will be replaced  after vent . It be will leak checked again at CS

Entry  Monday, March 14, 2016, 11:24, David Wang, ITE/ITW Cooling, Maintenance, , , HALCW resin tank filter cartridges are changed today 002.JPG003.JPG006.JPG
Two of resin tank filter cartridges(supply and return) are changed today. Old cartridges and bagged and tagged. The contact field on them are 650usv/hr.
The new cartridges are fiber-glass, Triumf store item. After replacement, the field on contact with the filter case are about 10 usv/hr. But the field
on contact with top resin tank  has been increased from 45usv/hr  to 225 usv/hr

Chad and I finished the first round check on Tm2 water lines.  The lines and spots checked are: Target oven + and - (front side braze  joints) , Tube
heater+and -(front side braze joints and water blocks),  coil2 and coil 1(front side braze joints and area close to water  blocks),. No leak has been found
on all above of them.  The last, we  checked   the GE which has the biggest leak so far. The leak detector  base leak rate only can get

TM2 has been helium pressure tested in ITW and TCS. They are both tested with 70psi helium, each circuit for 3minutes.
The leak detector base leak rate: 0.0X E-9 atm.cc/sec, base pressure 0.0 xE-4 torr  for both ITW and TCS. The test results are:

Entry  Wednesday, March 23, 2016, 11:32, David Wang, South Hot-Cell, Repair, TM2, , TM2 Helium spray leak check on GE and MSP lines at SHC
Chad and I did the helium spray leak check on TM2 GE and MSP  water lines at SHC this morning. We confirmed the GE leak on water  blocks. We can
not found the MSP leak by using the helium spray since  its leak rate in TCS is much smaller than GE leak.  The leak check  process are as below:
