At SHC: HS line no leak . electrical check result is fine. At TCS: helium pressurized HS line to 70psi, 3 minutes. LD leak rate 0.0xE-9atm.cc/sec , no response. |

Tm4 w/ Ta#36 has been vacuum leak checked using the standard leak check procedure.
At 1:45pm RH was contacted to notify them that TM4 is ready to move. |

TM4 TP2 could not be started after module was connected back to ITE on Sep 04th. It was replaced with a new pump on Sep 05th. The new pump works fine. |

TM4 TP1 was found making some noise during operation this morning. The current draw was check then. It was 1.8 A which is higher than 1.0A normal range. The pump body temperature was higher by hand feeling. But,1.0 hour later when checking again, everything on the pump goes back to normal. It is still fine so far. I will watch on this pump closely.
2017-05-19,morning. The TM4 TP1 stopped running last night. I tried to start it this morning. But, It can't pass 6KRMP even. I think we have to replace it. E- fault will be issued as well. |

TM4 TP1 is replaced. TCS and TM4 was argon vented before the job.The job took about 30minutes. I started the all turbo pumps after job. All pumps work fine. The TCS vacuum is good. |

TM4 Ta#40 HS leak check is done at SHC . No leak has been found so far. There will be a helium pressure test on it at CS. |

leak detector pumped down to 0.0xE-9 atm.cc/sec, and 0.0xE-4 torr. All high vacuum gauge readings at CS and TM4 are at low -6 range from 2.2xE-6torr to 4.2x E-6 torr. Applied 80 psi helium to heat shield circuit for 5minutes and there is no any response on leak detector. The heat shield circuit is leak tight. |
