Dan and I connected TM4 in ITE yesterday. It is pumping down at ITE now. Everything is fine so far.

Dan and I transferred 5 shielding blocks from ITW to ITE. The ITE is configured to take proton beam.

TM4 has been disconnected in ITE. No water line purge on HS and 3 water circuits are looped after disconnection. The HALCW system resistivity is stable
before and after this disconnection.

All ITE turbo pumps have been started since yesterday afternoon. The ITE and TM4 pumping down is good so far.

 The HV enclosure and module connections were inspected by David and Anders on Wednesday 19th in an attempt to find any HV problems causing the
high leakage current. One cable was cable tied to a copper conductor in the chase. Some small pieces of loose material were removed. No obvious problems
could be detected.

pumping down procedure on ITE was fulfilled during the move.

All ITE and TM4  turbo pumps are started. The east station pumping down is good so far.

ITE and TM4 2017 winter shut down leak check are finished. All ITE primary, secondary vacuum vessel and TM4 water lines are good. No any leak has been
found.

TM2 has been connected in ITE. The SST window water lines in ITE can not be connected properly to TM2. The water line connector on TM2 window is 90 degree
CCW installed in direction comparing to TM4.This caused the problem. Solution: Two piece of flexible lines and extra male QC adapters have been used to
fix this issue.  HV cover and HV fence in ITE work  with TM2. Other connections are good as well.

It is closed @ 2:35PM by closing supply side valve first , the return side valve of ITE dump plug .
Opened ITE dump plug circuit valves @4:28PM. ITE IG1S still at 1XE-6. No change before and after of circuit closing and reopeneing.

By retrieving data further, It has been found no directly relationship between IG1S surging and dump plug water opening. Vacuum surging is 10minutes
ahead dump water supply to circuit. SEE attachment 1. Also, The ITE IG1S start to behavior unusual in middle of Feburary. See attachment 2. Today, 
ITE IG1S is still slowly climbing up. I decide to leak check ITE vacuum vessel. Before  leak check, for more information and trouble shooting. I closed
