On April 2, 2024 the wrist on the SE manipulator of the SHC (Serial # 7986) was swapped with a rebuild unit originally from SW position (serial # 8106).
The "new" wrist was a wrist + tong assembled unit with the tong cable being routed if-front of the spacer A-14118 rather then behind as in all
previous replacements (see attached pictures). This change was a result of a discussion with Central Research's senior repair technician who informed us

transfer frame. tube side hook arm should go east side a little bit further to avoid the tube.  Also the HS tube top lines to  transfer frame

Wires were pulled in TM3 and service cap was closed up again:
Einzel lens wire (30kV kapton), routed in the pumping duct and attached with #10 ring tongue to EZL feedthrough in service cap
4 steerer wires, routed in th pumping duct and attached with push on connectors to the 4 SHV feedthroughs on the module side panel. Coax grounding

HS line 70 psi helium pressure test at TCS: no leak at 0.0xe-9 torr.

After new containment box installation on TM3, Chad and I did a helium spray leak check on two VCR fittings on front side water lines. they are leak
free.
Helium pressurize window water line to 70 psi for 3minutes. No response on leak detector which is 0.0xe-9 atm.cc/sec.

helium pressure test on TM4 HS line at TCS is done.   No leak.

On Wednesday, May 22, 2024 UCx#45 was installed on TM4 in the SHC. Installation was normal other then minor issue with the multipin connector drive screw
not engaging and/or driving properly. This was remedied by loosening the left guide bolt slightly (1/2 turn). After loosening the multipin drove in and
seated correctly (verified by camera). High current fasteners torqued to 130 in lbs.

On May 30 Aaron, Chad and I removed the empty LP FEBIAD target from the SHC into the anteroom to attempt to find out the source of the cathode short
observed online. The behaviour online was that a connection of several hundred ohms was preventing the cathode from being biased. The resistance was still
enough to allow us to run in anode mode, which is what we did. I am not sure where the cathode short came from but there was significant sparking on this

in the hot cell during disassembly.
