UC#26 has been removed from TM4.

 The spent UC#26 target was moved from the south hot cell to the spent target vault. It was place in pail #209 and put in spot 1A in the vault and was 2.42mSv/hr upon removal from the south hot cell.

Frank and Anders disconnected the water and electrical connections this afternoon after the target was conditioned over the weekend. The heater ramping program ran with the wrong gauge selected, causing the vacuum to go higher than planned. The module will be moved to ITW tomorrow.

 TM#2 with UC#25 has been moved from the conditioning station to the west target station.

TM2 was connected yesterday by Frank and Anders. The West side panel with IG1S on Exit Module 2 was replaced with a new SST panel with 1 CF flange only (dwg). Link to check list on DocuShare.

Measured resistance on safety limit switches for FC5 on Exit Module 2. Determined that the in connected signal did not work (shows not connected irregardless of FC position). Confirmed proper operation of the OUT limit. See attachment for details. The Harp 5 x and y signal connectors were checked and reconnected.

Frank and Anders moved blocks from ITE to ITW yesterday

Yesterday Diagnostics group installed a temporary external limit switch to provide the in signal to the safety system.

 TM#4 with UC#25 has been moved from ITW to the south hot cell.

 The spent target in the south hot cell has been moved to the spent target vault. It was placed in pail 204 and placed in spot 6B. The pail is made of thicker steel and thus will not need to be repackaged later.  The ISAC spent target vault is full there is no more room for any more targets.

 TM#4 with UC#24 has been moved from the conditioning station to the east target station.

 TM#4 with UC#24 has been moved from the east target station to the south hot cell.

 UC#24 has been moved from the south hot cell to the spent target vault. The target is in pail #171 and placed in spot 4C. See attached PDF for details.

 TM#2 with UC#23 has been moved from the south hot cell to the conditioning station.

The heat shield water lines were not purged ahead of target exchange in the hot cell. This resulted in water leaking onto the new target assembly (heat shield) when the cooling lines were opened at top and bottom (for connecting leak detector). Excess water was wiped up with paper towels.

 Both the West Entrance and TM#2 with UC#23 have been moved back into their places in the west target station. The Entrance module move wasn't completely smooth as it did suffer a little bumpiness when the shield plug part was installed, I was lifted back out again and no visible damage was observed on the delicate items.

 TM#2 with UC#23 has been moved from ITW to the south hot cell. The shield plug was also installed remotely as well.

UC#23 experienced short between target and heat shield as it was heated during operation. The inspection of the target after irradiation revealed that the left target leg was close to the heat shield opening and likely the cause of the short.
