I  reconnected TM1 to ITW on 02 July.The pumping down is good so far. TM1 water interlock check is good also.

5 shielding blocks had been  transferred from ITE to ITW.  The  ITW is configured to take proton beam.

I moved 5 shielding blocks to ITW this morning .I checked the water signals in electrical room before the moving, and everything is fine. The argon venting systemin ITW and electrical room is ready also.

Dan and I leak checked ITE primary and secondary vacuum vessels with TM4  in ITE. The leak detector was hooked to ITE TP2 BV2. Leak detector  base leak rate: 0.0xE-09 atm.cc/sec, base pressure: 0.0xE-4 torr. All secondary vacuum vessel seals has been checked(helium spray), and no leak has been found. On the ITE primary vacuum vessel, we  leak checked every thing except the TM4 service cap and water lines inside the TM4. NO leak has been found on ITE primary vessels. The primary vacuum seals on TM4 service cap and TM4 waterlines(helium pressure test) will be checked at CS later.

TM4 with UCx46 electrical and leak check at SHC is done. Everything is good.

ITW primary and secondary vacuum vessel leak check for  2025 shut down has been done. Also,TM4 internal water line helium pressure test has been finished.  Both results are normal. There are two small old leak on EXit 1 and Exit2 module top plate  o-ring under 1Xe-8 atm.cc/sec which we knoew in past years test. resin spray on leak  area reduce the leak ratee below 5Xe-9 atm.cc/sec. No concern on these small leak.   See attachment  for detail results.

TM2 with UCx#37 P2N target  was removed from ITE to NHC yesterday morning. The move is good.

Annual ITE water signal interlock check is done.  HS, TAR, TUBE, MSP, EE, COIL 1, containment box window, HVC1, HVC2, 2A window, 2A  shielding plug, 2A dump, 2A collimator, and 2A tank water signal interlock are checked.   Everything is working properly.  

2021-06-22. Annual ITW water signal interlock check is done,  HS, TAR, MSP,  EE, COIL1 , containment box window, HVC1 , HVC2, 2A window, 2A shielding plug, 2A dump, 2A collimator, and 2A tank water signal interlock are checked. Everything works fine.

Leak checked TM2 service cap at TCS. helium pressure checked containment box window and HS cooling lines.  No leak on service cap and waterlines.

TM2 has been connected it ITW.  All turbo pumps are started.

Replaced  ITE TP4 due to failure start. The new pump works fine.

Correction: It should be UCx#32 P2N instead of UCx33# in check list attached . UCx#33 is on TM2 in ITW

TM4 was connected in ITW this Tuesday. See attachment for checklist.

TM4 heat shield helium pressure test and electrical check were done  at CS  last week. The results are good. NO leak had been found on heat shield circuit.The electrical check is also good.

I disconnected TM4 in ITE. All water lines had been purged.Travis was with me .

TM#2 was moved from ITW to SHC, then moved back to ITW.

TM4 was disconnected in ITW.  See checklist.

TM1 HS line helium pressure test and TM1 electrical check at CS under vacuum are finished. Everything is good. See attachment

The CS and TM1 is still under vacuum. They will be vented with argon tomorrow mornig
