Electrical check and leak check at SHC. NO leak. electrical check ok.   Before target on, A is short to PQ, RU is short to HS ( 60KV bias) as we measured before.

Helium pressurize on TM2 HS line at TCS is done.    Base LR is 0.0X E-9 atm.cc/sec.  70 psi helium 3 minutes.   No response.   Also, The TCS vacuum pumping down over night is good.

Both helium spray and helium pressurize on TM4 HS line withUCx31 target are done at SHC and TCS. No leak.

Left (short) is switched with bottom. So on module:

"Top" is still top.

"Left" is bottom in module actually

"Bottom and Right" is Left and right in module actually.

 For the connection in ITE:

Left  cable is connected to "left" ( bottom  in module actually)

Top cable is connected to " Bottom and Right"( left and right in module actually)

Bottom and Right cable is connected to "Top" which is top in module.

Frank and I removed the panel, disconnected the "Left"cable  inside panel,  and checked  cable to ground resistance. "Left "is dead short to ground on ohmmeter check still. So the short could be on cable or inside source tray.  Further investigation is planned to confirm the short  location.

TM2 electrical check and leak check are done at SHC with C#2 target installed. The results are good.

March 1st 2019, maximum 14.6msv/hr, minimum 4.78 msv/hr

Nov 2nd 2020, max 7.11m sv/hr, min 2.5msv/hr.

TM2 has been connected to ITW. Turbo pumps are stared. ITW pumping down is fine so far.

Frank and I finished ITE and TM4 primary and secondary  vacuum vessel  leak check. LD bease leak rate 0.0x-9atm.cc/sec. No leak has been found.Also, All TM4 water lines  have been pressurized with 70psi helium fro 3 minutes on each circuit. All water lines in TM4 are good. No resopne on LD during test.

ITW primary and secondary vacuum vessel leak check are done. There is a 5XE-8 atm.cc/sec leak on Exit service cap NW side square panel.  The leak is small. And, it is close to ITW TP3 so it is not affect ion beam line vacuum during operation. We will replace the seal on the panel later.   The rest leak check on air to vacuum seals are good. TM2 water lines are pressurized with 70 psi helium. We did it  3 hours after water lines are purged. No leak was showed during the check.

2021-02-24th: The o-ring on exit 1 NW side square panel is replaced by David Wang and Frank Song.

ITE annual HV test is done. No module in station. The bias power supply has been ramped up to 49KV on control page. We still have voltage limit issue on this PS at 48KV so it only can go to 47.7 KV on PS panel. No major spark during test.. The test result is same as last year test which was did in March 2020.

Cables were disconnected for steers in containment box. The Megga measurement (500V) result from the top of the module:

Left to right: OL, left to top OL,  left to bottom OL, right to top OL, right to bottom OL,  Top to bottom OL. And all of them to ground are OL.  No short on cables from module top to steers itself. The short should be inside the steers. It will be confirmed with directly test on steers.

Ramp up ITW bias to 57KV. no spark. 200uA leaking current at 57KV. The test is done without target module in station.   ITW water circuits are looped in pit.  EE , EL are switched off during the test.

High active water are purged to holding tank at B2  level. There should be around 48 gallons are purged out of system. No purging on dump circuits on both ITW/ ITE.
