Mass separator magnet timed out. Tried reconfigure. Called Kyle from  controls who power cycled the CANbus card. This resolved the issue

Possible controls problem. Breaker 18 found latched. Can not be re-energized. Burnt smell in PLC / HV area. e-faut 7561

Thursday, August 21, 2014: Dave Morris had a look and was able to isolate the problem to be with one of the low voltage power supplies
in the PLC panel.

 A chip of insulator material was detected below the lower target insulator stand-off (attachment - left picture). The chip may come from the tube
heater insulator above (attachment - right picture). The chip will be further investigated when the target is removed.

A water to vacuum leak has been found on FS#3. The leak is not detected on the leak detector, but can be seen as an increase in vacuum and on partial
water pressure on the RGA
