Tuesday, February 16, 2021, 13:42: The gas lines inside have been check. The inlet of the calibrated leak was not tighten properly and hence the large leak observed.  FIXED.

Tuesday, February 16, 2021, 13:42: The only leak remaining INSIDE the vacuum is the one on the FT side which for 200kPa is around 7e-6 atm cc /s. At this pressure, the undesired leak  is leak rate is around 1 %  of the one getting into the source.

Atmosphere side

Tuesday, February 16, 2021, 14:49: Some minor leaks in connection points around  1e-6 atm cc/s. Not much I can do without changing all connection to glands with metal gaskets.

Tuesday, February 16, 2021, 14:50: SV5 was leak check on its own, the gas goes through quite noticeable, no need to sniff with leak detector. SV1 leak checked and it works.

Wednesday, February 17, 2021, 16:53: IG1 @ 1.5e-6 T.

Wednesday, February 17, 2021, 16:53:  The Neon bottle seems to be empty. The leak on the lines were not as bad to have this happened. I suspect when squeezing the bottle I rotated the gauge enough to cause a leak there.

Wednesday, February 17, 2021, 17:00: Using a full nitrogen bottle, I confirmed that rotating the two-stage regulator causes a leak.

Wednesday, February 17, 2021, 18:00: Things look OK now. Water open. No response on vacuum. Will put power.

Wednesday, February 17, 2021, 20:00: Some items were timed out. Tried to recycle the PLC now all the items are red. Check tomorrow
