TM4 has been reconnected back to ITE. I started all turbo pumps on ITE and TM4. The ITE TP4s was extremely difficult to start. This pump is new, and was replaced before  the last ITE beam time on July. After several times try and starting mode switch, it is started. Its temperature and current draw showed on controller and very good after the start. The current draw on ITE TP1s is  s a little bit high and unstable. I will keep watching on ITE TP1s. I think the ITE TP1s is close to the end of the pump life. Other pumps are good so far.  

Dan and I replaced flow wheel on ITE HVC2 water flow sensor. The old wheel did rotate smoothly inside its SST case. The new wheel works fine.

Dan and I disconnected TM4 in ITE.

TM#4 with UCx#11has been moved from the conditioning station to the east target station.

TM4 has been connected connect in ITE. Water is supplied to TM4 module only.

5 Shielding blocks have been transferred from ITW to ITE. The ITE is configured to take proton beam.

4 shielding blocks have been moved out of  ITE to block storage area. Fiona did the survey and with me during the move.

TM4 waterlines have been disconnected and purged in ITE. The TM4 vacuum system is still in operation.

The copper bars was installed by David and Anders. After the measurements were completed, the copper bars were removed.

Dan and I replaced pedal wheels and coils on ITE water flow sensors. It is a shut down job we did every two years. See attachment for detail.

Dan and I leak checked ITE primary and secondary vacuum vessels with TM4  in ITE. The leak detector was hooked to ITE TP2 BV2. Leak detector  base leak rate: 0.0xE-09 atm.cc/sec, base pressure: 0.0xE-4 torr. All secondary vacuum vessel seals has been checked(helium spray), and no leak has been found. On the ITE primary vacuum vessel, we  leak checked every thing except the TM4 service cap and water lines inside the TM4. NO leak has been found on ITE primary vessels. The primary vacuum seals on TM4 service cap and TM4 waterlines(helium pressure test) will be checked at CS later.

5 Shielding blocks have been moved to ITE for next week TM1 move and RPG Radon test.

5 shielding blocks have been transferred from ITE to ITW for next week TM4 move.

TM#4 with UC#11 moved from the east target station to the south hot cell.

Updated schedule on 2015-April -02. See attachments 3,4. The scheduled all shut down jobs are done on time.The TM2 move to SHC will be delayed to May.There will be a new beam running time TH activities schedule (start from April 15) replacing this shut down schedule on next time  weekly update.

TM#4 with Ta#45 has been moved from the conditioning station to the east target station.

I replaced ITE tank to module 42 ID X 0.275 o-ring. The o-ring is changed once a year before the first beam time. The flanges was cleaned and the new o-ring was installed. It works fine.

TM4 has been connected in ITE. ITE six turbo-pumps have been started. So far so good.
