TM2 Nb#10 has been connect at TCS. TCS water system and vacuum system have been started. Everything looks ok so far. TCS Faraday cage is secured for
TM2 conditioning at TCS.

 Nb#10 was placed in pail#295 and moved from the south hot cell to the spent target vault, spot 4A, it was 230uSv/hr when removed from the SHC.

 TM1 was high voltage tested without a target on November 16, 2011 with Don Jackson, Pierre Bricault, and Bevan Moss. The module was able to hold
up to 25 kV but between that and 32 kV there was lots of discharge which could be measured in the vacuum. See the attached plot for the voltage current
and sparks.

TM4 was successfully moved from the South Hot Cell to the South-West Silo remotely by Grant Minor, with help from David Wang and Don Jackson.  The
move was without problems.  See ISAC Work Permit 2012-12-04-1.

 Both Turbo pumps on TM3 have failed. They were both attempted to start in soft mode. TP2 could only achieve ~19kpm and TP1 ~10kpm. I have
turned off the scroll pump and vented through the turbo pumps.
