UCx#16 has been removed from TM$ and UCx#17 installed, high current conductors toqued to 130 in lbs.

UCx#16 did not show the standard arcing marks on the 9 pin connector.

In regards to the 9 pin connector on number 17, it was by far the best fitting TM4 target with 9 pin as it required no "fiddling" during installation.

The spent UC #16 have been moved from the south hot cell to the storage vault see attached PDF for details.

Electrical check of the target on TM#1, target in question is UC#15. See PDF for details.

TM#1 has been moved from the conditioning station to the south hot cell, had UC#15 installed and then moved back to the conditioning station.

Stop TCS vacuum pumps . Preparing argon venting on TM1 and TCS.

7:34 AM, Disconnected TM1 at TCS, argon venting now.

TM#1 with UC#15 have been moved from the conditioning station to the west target station.

TM#1 has been moved from the west target to the south hot cell. The target on TM#1 is UC#15.

TM#1 with UC#15 was moved back to the west station due to alpha concerns.

TM#1 with  UC#15 has been moved from the west target station to the south hot cell. The target shield plug was also remotely installed as well.

Spent UC#15 has been moved from the south hot cell to the spent target storage. It was placed in pail number 136, and placed in spot C of tray one. It was 14.1mSv/hr upon removal from the south hot cell.

TM#4 with UC#14 was moved from the south hot cell to the conditioning station.  Here are the results of the electrical check of the module with the UC#14 target while at the hot cell.

Some sparking around 5 kV. Turned out to be a bad cable connection. Fixed with David W.

Target conditioned by ISAC operators to 30 kV without any problems.

EE current limit increased to about 26 mA in an attempt to recover. Cooling down target to investigate.

TM4 vacuum has been connected in TCS. All vacuum pumps were started yesterday. The pumping down of TM4 and TCS are good so far.

I did helium pressure test on TM4 HS line at TCS this morning.  70psi helium 3 minutes, 0.0xE-9 atm.cc/sec base leak rate. No response. No leak.

TM4 has been connected at TCS. The water system is started. The TCS HV cover for TM4 is installed also. Basically, The TM4 is ready for conditioning.

I turned off TCS vacuum and water pumps. The TSC and TM4 are still under vacuum condition.

TM#4 with UC#14 has been moved from the conditioning station to the east target station.

 After conditioning over the weekend the EE developed a short. This was confirmed by measuring the resistance between EE and Heat Shield on the module yesterday.
