water are supplied to both ITE and ITW. I did a general inspection on HALCW system. Two small leaks on 2" shut off valves are fixed. No other leak has been found so far. all water flow meters work fine. MP2 pump discharging pressure is ok which is just above 100 psi on local gauge reading. pump noise are low. pump body temperature is less than 45C which is good. 

Tm3 was moved from silo to SHC yesterday. the move is smooth.

TM3 new source tray was transferred into SHC on this Tuesday. one hook arm of transfer jig is very close to optic tray tube when engaging the jig on transfer frame. tube side hook arm should go east side a little bit further to avoid the tube.  Also the HS tube top lines to  transfer frame beam bottom distance needs to be watched closely when hooking on the frame.Help from HC window is necessary. By watching on this details, Source tray are successfully moved into SHC with crane controlled locally in TH.Transfer frame was retrieved back to TH. It was cleaned, bagged and stored in TH.

Monday and Tuesday, I started TCS water system and enabled the TCS chillers auto stage in/out. I saw chiller 2 in/out three times at 17C and 21.8C without issue.   TCS water system works fine. The test is finished.

ITH:MP1S pump inside lubricant was changed today. old lubricant is dirty with dark color. they are stored in sealed waste oil jug and stored in silo area. Pump has been installed back and started. It works fine.

TM3 water lines helium spray leak check at SHC is done. No leak has been found on all lines. seeattachment

TM3 has been moved  from SHC to TCS. The move is smooth.

TM3 module top helium spray leak test was done yesterday.  No leak on TM3 module top @ LD base leak rate 0.0 x E-9 atm.cc/sec.

TM3 helium pressure test and electrical check with new source tray at TCS were done yesterday. The results are excellent. See attachment

TM4 has been moved from SMP to SHC. Adam and I did the move. the move is smooth.

TM4 has been moved from SHC to ITW. Peter did the move. Travis helped on him.   The move is successful.

A new SST gas line with swagelock tube fittings and VCR fit is using for ITW febiad gas staion in pit. Gas line is leak checked on bench. No leak . it is installed on TM4 in ITW now,

TM4 has been connected to ITW. see attachment.

Travis and I moved TM3 from TCS to SHC this afternoon. The move is smooth.

Annual ITW water signal interlock check has been done. Renee helped me on it. Everything works fine.

TM3 has been moved  from SHC to TCS by David and Frank. The move is smooth.

TM3 with UCx#44 electrical check and leak check are good. see attachment.

HS line 70 psi helium pressure test at TCS: no leak at 0.0xe-9 torr.

After new containment box installation on TM3, Chad and I did a helium spray leak check on two VCR fittings on front side water lines. they are leak free.

Helium pressurize window water line to 70 psi for 3minutes. No response on leak detector which is 0.0xe-9 atm.cc/sec.

Broken TM2:TP2 has been replaced otday by a new TV-1001 nav pump supplied by vacuum group. replaced pump seris number:201281. new pump series number:IT23431008. TPs replacement history sheet will be updated by Frank. I will put comment on this e fault and let operator to close it.

TCS was argon vented this morning between 7:00 to 8:30 am before module was moved to ITE.
