Entry  Friday, October 13, 2023, 11:46, David Wang, Cooling, Maintenance, , , HALCW system O2 sensor service and calibration.

HALCW system O2 sensor service and calibration were done in Sep 26th. electrolyte and membrane on rose mount sensor 499ADO were refilled and replaced. Sensor was zero and full scale calibrated. The sensor works fine after the job.

Entry  Friday, October 13, 2023, 11:51, David Wang, ITE/ITW, Maintenance, , , ITH:MP1 is replaced due to its poor performance.

ITH:MP1 is replaced this morning due to its poor performance started yesterday afternoon. The general field in pit is about 260usv/hr. the contact field on pump is 2.0 msv/hr. New pump works good. Lubricant in pump will be drained next week. then motor will be removed. The pump body will be bagged and stored in silo area.

ITW primary and secondary vacuum vessel leak check and TM2 water lines helium pressure test are done today. No major concern. see attachment for small air to vacuum leak we found.  TM2 water lines helium pressure test is fine.   HS and window line leak rate are 1.4Xe-8 atm.cc/sec. all other water lines are below 3.0XE-9atm.cc/sec.

Entry  Thursday, January 11, 2024, 13:54, David Wang, Conditioning Station, Development, TM3, , TM3 servic cap air to vacumm seals leak check.

After Tm3 service tray and service cap installation, TM3 service cap air to vacuum seals leak check has been done at TCS. TCS:IG1 and IG1S are at low E-7 torr range.  leak detector base  0.0XE-9 atm.cc/sec,  base pressure0.0X E-4 torr.  I sprayed helium to all new air to vacuum seals on service cap. No leak on seals. The leak check has been repeated  2 times with same result.

Entry  Thursday, January 11, 2024, 13:57, David Wang, ITW, Standard Operation, , , ITW entrance module has been disconnect.

ITW entrance module has been disconnected per document190510. It will be moved to SHC for diagnostic group tomorrow.

Entry  Friday, January 12, 2024, 10:53, David Wang, South Hot-Cell, Standard Operation, , , ITW entrance module has been moved from ITW to SHC.

ITW entrance module has been moved from ITW to SHC. The move is smooth.  I cleaned entrance module tank flange and o r-ing slot.  entrance module tank flange o ring  is replaced .

Entry  Monday, January 22, 2024, 09:50, David Wang, ITW, Standard Operation, , , ITW entrance module has been moved from SHC to ITW.

ITW entrance module has been moved from SHC to ITW. A slightly bump on module shielding block bottom side corner to tank vessel side when lowed module into tank. No big concern on this slight  bumping. Otherwise the move is perfect.

Entry  Monday, January 22, 2024, 10:16, David Wang, ITE, Standard Operation, TM4, UCx#, Tm4 waterlines helium pressure test and TM service cap helium leak check.

Tm4 waterlines helium pressure test and TM service cap helium leak check was done last Friday. All water lines were pressurized with 70psi helium for 3 minutes each. The 3 minutes stable leak rate on all lines are less than 4.0 X E-9atm.cc/sec. some of lines had surging leak rate to 2xE-8 atm.cc/sec at the first 10 seconds of pressurization which should be a gas hammer result at the beginning. Based on the numbers, I would say all water lines are leak free still.  I did helium spray on TM4 service cap. There could be a small leak in high E-9 atm. cc/sec on ion gauge and steer service panel o-ring.  I will replace this o-ring when module is moved out of ITE. Other seals are leak free or less than 2.5X E-9 atm.cc/sec leak rate which are good. I am pretty confirm there is a small leak on ITE entrance module top. The leak rate and location will be confirmed when the rest of leak checks in ITE pit are done.
