A tantalum tube was coated with TaC,and wrapped with three tantalum sheets,
the tube was set in the EVAP2 to sinter the TaC coating.

An uncoated target container was loaded with a graphite insert and wrapped with 3 tantalum layers,
Two Ta caps were used
