Monday, April 23, 2018, 10:47: The back panel was opened. Original entry stated EZL power supply issue. Corrected to BIAS PS. High voltage group notified. Fan replacement required.

Monday, May 14, 2018, 13:20: BIAS fans, external an internal were replaced. Re-installed @ TS.

Monday, May 14, 2018, 13:26: BIAS ramped up to 10 kV. Response ok on epics and locally on the PS. No odd noise on the fans either. The issue appears to be fixed.

Window changed on view port. Ta target prepared for Aurelia's tests.

***Note*** No Ta window foils on the end plates. Initial ramping to on the TGHT to 300 A. Follow up in increments of 50 A and check the right door window temperature.

Complete failure of the communications with the magnet.

It was noted yesterday during the TM2 Source HV tests that the E-rig was not running accordingly through the beam.

Upon turning on the PS, there a 45 second or so delay before the needle drops to the right at +500V and the PS no longer responds. (similar issue in August 2016)
