It was noted yesterday during the TM2 Source HV tests that the E-rig was not running accordingly through the beam.

Upon turning on the PS, there a 45 second or so delay before the needle drops to the right at +500V and the PS no longer responds. (similar issue in August 2016)

Enter: 100 on Dac -- Reads 100 - On PS

Enter: 200 on Dac -- Reads 200 - On PS

Enter: 0 on Dac -- Reads 0 - On PS

Enter: -200 on Dac -- Reads -200 - On PS

The reboot fixed the erig/scanner.
