Thursday, September 13, 2012, 08:16: Opened up cooling water. Vacuum (IG1) increased from 5.9E-7 to 6.2E-7 before returning to 5.9E-7. Similar response on IG6 (valve closed). Response is however similar to previous (short time ~5 min) vacuum fluctuations.

Did the HV conditioning for the TiC#3 up to 30kV.

The TSH:TGHT stopped at 263.7A, but the setpoint is still ramping (now at 421A). The voltage is set correctly: have 6.238V setpoint and 4.386V readback. The reading on the Power Supply shows 418A. Through the window the target assembly looks at high temperature. The readback on Epics seems stuck. E-Fault for Controls 6389

All TPS optics, with the exception of TPS:Q4 cannot be turned off. E-Fault#6395 for Controls.

Same for the TSG optics: CB1, VCB1 and CBC.

Talked to Evgeniy and Kazuya. Optics are OFF now.
