David and I disconnected entrance module in ITE by following the procedure # 190510. And, the yoke was installed and left on for remote handling

ITE water flow wheels and coils are replaced. Wheels and coils on Oven, Tube, HS, EE, MSP,

TLDR: TBHT voltage too high and rising too quickly with TGHT current - voltage
limited. TGHT power supply tripped breakers somehow. ITE:EL not outputting voltage.
