I did an electrical check on TM4 with the old target still installed. The number is a little bit low on 500V mega check between chassis and 60KVbias which is 146Mohm. Others are good. See attachment
I wrote all OL to 0 in attachment 1 ohmmeter check. Please See attachment 2 for correction. |

Chad and I finished the TM4 UCx6 electrical check and leak check at SHC. Leak check result on HS line is good. There is a dead short between "Z" repellor and HS during the first time electrical check. The dead short disappeared after re- installation of UCx 14 target onto TM4. See attachment

I did a helium pressure test on TM4 at TCS with UCX16 target installed on the module. No leak has been found on all using water lines in TM4. See attachment for detail. |

Last Friday July-15, TM3 was leak checked at TCS. All air to vacuum seals on service cap are good. Helium pressure test on TM3 water lines(except GE, HS, and Window) were done. Leak detector has no response at 0.0xE-9 atm.cc/sec. They are leak free. |

I started vacuum system.
I started TCS water system. The chiller does not work properly still. But, It will not affect the TM3 HV conditioning. HV cover is installed on TM3 in TH. The module is ready for HV conditioning. |
