Target Hall Scheduled Activities  April 07 - June 26  2015 update.      2015-05-01. All TH scheduled jobs are finished on time this week.

The schedule has some changes due to  new TM2 source tray coil cooling line leaking at test stand. Now,It is re-scheduled in such an estimation  that TM2 source tray could be ready at teat stand by this Friday(May-15th). see attachment 1,2.

2015-05-12,  Changed  and updated the TH activity schedule according to Dons new beam schedule which is re-arranged after the coil line leaking issue. See attachments 3,4. No major conflicts has been found on the new schedule.

2015-05 25, Updated the TH activity schedule according to present TM2 job processing. See attachment 5,6.

5 shielding blocks have been transferred from ITE to ITW. I  checked all ITW water signals, and they are good.  ITW is configured to take proton beam.

Target Hall schedule weekly update. All jobs are finished on time so far.

Chad and I leak checked TM4 HS water line with SiC #31 target installed. leak rate:0.0xE-9atm.cc/sec.  No leak.  The line will be helium pressurized at CS later.

2015-06-03, helium pressure test the line at CS. 70psi 3 minutes. leak rate 0.0xE-9 atm.cc/sec. No leak.   See attachments

 TM4 IG1 filament was broken during last run  at ITE.  The broken filament is replaced with a new one today when TM4 is located at CS.

2015-06-03 , Leak checked the new 25 conflat gasket today. No leak. See attachments

TM4 and CS turbo-pumps are started this afternoon. Everything is good so far.

I revised the Target Hall schedule to July 21 2015. It is the time new TM2 with ZrC target started at ITW.

2015-06-04, Updated the schedule with   new PDF view. See attachments 3, 4

TM4 has been connected at CS. CS HV cover is installed.I made a pair of new cooling lines for TM window cooling at CS. The TM4 containment box window cooling line is connected to the HVC spare circuit now. I checked water flow visually, and it is good. The TM4 is ready for conditioning.See attachment for window cooling modification.

Dan and I connected TM4 in ITE. At this stage, water is supplied to TM4 only. We checked the TM4 water signals from electrical room.They are good. The turbo-pumps will be started today once the roughing is done.

TM2 new source tray has been remotely transferred into SHC successfully. The transfer table has been moved back to TH within 1 hour.  I swiped the table and found about 150counts contamination. It is much better comparing to last time using since we removed this table out of SHC as quick as we can. The table will be cleaned with windex  after Target Hall is surveyed.

There was an external water leak in ITW during the last beam running time. The leak started after the shielding blocks transfer(May 22). It cause a constantly water level drop on S-tank(0.5 "/day average). Today , after the blocks are moved , the leak source has been found. Water seeped through a fitting on ITW dump circuit pressure gauge. The leak water slowly flow around the TM1 on the tank flange. most of them are dried out, but left some stain on dump module and tank flange. By closing the supply and return water valves on the ITW dump circuit, the leak is stopped now. We will fix this problem after the module is moved out and the radioactive field is low.  See attachments.

All water blocks seals and joints have been leak checked. No leak has been found on any of them. See attachment

2015-06-30, updated the schedule after some jobs have been finished before Canada day. See attachment 3,4.

Bill and I mover TM2 from SHC to CS. The move is smooth. I connected the CS vacuum system after the move, and started the roughing.

There is an air to vacuum leak on TM2 service cap side panel which we moved out during the TM2 wiring job. The CS pumps are stopped now. The CS will be vented soon. The seal on this panel has to been changed.

2016-06-30.  The o-ring seal on this panel(PNG1 and steerers)  is replaced and leak checked. No leak now.

TM1 was disconnected in ITW  this morning. The ITW was vented with argon last night.
