Subject:	TM1 with UCx12 has been connected to CS and ready for conditioing.

The TH will be locked during the TM1 conditioning time due to an interference issue between CS HV cover and a gas analysis valve on top of TM1. A work permit has been issued for the conditioning job because of it.
