Leak checked TM3 without source tray in CS this morning. The CS and TM3 vacuum: IG1(top of the TM3 service cap)4.9x E-7Torr, IG2(diagnostic box
primary)1.9XE-6 Torr. IG1S (secondary vessel)7.9X E-7Torr. The leak detector was at 0.0XE-4 torr and 0.0XE-9 atm.cc/sec level during the leak checked.
All water lines quick connector fittings, NPT thread fittings, water cap seals, blue insulator seals, bellow, gauges seals, turbo-pumps, all blanket panels,and

CS water cooling and vacuum system have been turned off at 10:00 AM this morning.The TM3 will be disconnected and moved to silo tomorrow morning.
Entry  Wednesday, July 24, 2013, 17:46, David Wang, Conditioning Station, Standard Operation, TM4, Sic 29#, Started 3 turbo pumps on CS for TM4
3 turbo pumps on TM4 and CS have been started. The pumping down is good so far, The TM4 PNG1 reading is more than 10 times higher than IG1 which is at
the same chamber. It could be a controller problem.  Other 3 high vacuum gauges behavior normal.  The TM4 IG1 is replaced today and it works
fine now.
Entry  Thursday, July 25, 2013, 10:08, David Wang, Conditioning Station, Standard Operation, TM4, SiC #29, TM4 HS helium pressure test andTM4 connection at CS
Bevan and I did a helium pressure test on TM4 HS water circuit at CS. The leak detector is pumped to the bottom scale(E-9 atm.cc/sec and E-4torr). We
applied 70 psi helium to the HS circuit for 3 minutes .  No response had been found. I also leak checked IG1 flange which was replaced yesterday.
It is  good. We connected the TM4 to CS and put the HV cover on. The water cooling system will be started soon.

Entry  Tuesday, July 30, 2013, 14:42, David Wang, ITE, Standard Operation, TM4, , TM4 has been connected in ITE.
TM4 has been connected in ITE. All turbo pumps have been started now. The pumping down on TM4 and ITE is good so far. The water interlock check on TM4
is done,and everything is fine. The ITE  IG1 still couldnt be turned on even if we replaced a new TM4  IG1 at CS. The problem is on the connecting
cable from ITE to electrical room or gauge controller. I talked with Friedhelm  and vacuum group will be noticed on this problem.
Entry  Thursday, August 15, 2013, 07:37, David Wang, ITE, Repair, TM4, , I moved 5 shielding blocks from ITE to block storage area.
I moved5shielding blocks from ITE to block storage area, This is a job for preparing ITE vacuum surge investigation and leak check.

A huge leak had been found on HS circuit during 60 psi helium pressurize test. Other circuits are free of obvious major leak at present .We will test
them again once the TM3 is back to CS. See attachment for details
Entry  Wednesday, September 11, 2013, 09:35, David Wang, ITW, Standard Operation, TM1, UCx, 5 shielding blocks have been moved to ITW
I moved 5 shielding blocks to ITW this morning .I checked the water signals in electrical room before the moving, and everything is fine. The argon venting
systemin ITW and electrical room is ready also.

I leak checked TM3 water lines at CS with 60 psi and 80psi helium. The base leak rate is 5.0xe-9 atm.cc/sec. Each circuit 3 minutes helium pressurizing
for each time test. No any respose had been found on leak detector during the test. See attachment
Entry  Friday, September 13, 2013, 08:05, David Wang, South Hot-Cell, Repair, TM4, , TM4 coil 1 leak check in SHC TM4_coil_1_leak_check.pdf
Leak checked TM4 coil1 in SHC with Isaac . The leak detector only can pump down to 1.5xE-7 atm.cc/sec. The leak detector got the response once the helium
valve is open, not even close to the leak area. The leak detector got a very big response when the helium probe was put close to the coil terminal block
on target front side and spray helium for 2 clicks. The leak detector got a small  response when the probe was put close to water block area and spray
Entry  Monday, September 23, 2013, 13:55, David Wang, South Hot-Cell, Standard Operation, TM3, , window circuit leak check
This morning, Bevan and I leak checked window circuit on TM3 at SHC after containment box was installed. It took about 20minutes to pump down the circuit
to  0.0xE-9atm.cc/sec. Bevan sprayed helium on both VCR joints and a final splash. No response had been found on leak detector.
Entry  Friday, October 25, 2013, 06:58, David Wang, South Hot-Cell, Standard Operation, TM4, , Leak check on TM4 target heat shield
Maico and I leak checked HS circuit after Chad installed the target. The circuit was a little bit difficult o pump down because of residue water moister
inside. But once the moisture was pumped out, the pumping down was smooth and fast. The base leak rate 0.0xE-9 atm.cc/sec, base pressure 0.0xE-4 torr.
Maico checked helium flow before the leak test. Then,He sprayed helium to all 3 VCR fiitings on target with 2 seconds on each one, He also flushed 10 seconds

Bevan and I installed 2 turbo pumps on TM2. The o- ring flanges on TM2 had been cleaned before the installation.
Entry  Tuesday, November 12, 2013, 09:51, David Wang, ITE, Standard Operation, TM3, , TM3 disconnection
TM3 has been disconnected this morning and  purged all HV water lines. I found the power plug for all turbo pump fans wasnt connected  during
the last run. That maybe the one of the reason on that ITE TP3 failure.
