All turbo-pumps are started. The pumping down is good so far.

Entry  Wednesday, November 02, 2016, 09:12, Travis Cave, Conditioning Station, Standard Operation, TM4, Ta#50, module moved

TM#4 with Ta#50 has been moved from the south hot cell to the conditioning station.

Entry  Tuesday, November 01, 2016, 14:58, David Wang, South Hot-Cell, Standard Operation, TM4, , SHC, TM4 leak check on HS line.

Chad and I did a leak check on TM4 HS line with new Ta target installed. Base leak rate 0.0xE-9 atm.cc/sec. base pressure 0.0XE-4.   splayed 2 helium to each VCR joints and did 10 seconds helium flush. No response on LD during the test. The HS line is leak free so far. It will be helium pressurized at TCS later.

Entry  Tuesday, November 01, 2016, 14:54, David Wang, ITE, Standard Operation, TM4, , TM4 was disconnected at ITE

TM4 was disconnected at ITE this morning. It was moved to SHC  after. No alpha alarm issue has been happened during and after move. The ventilation pumping down procedure on ITE was fulfilled during the move.

Sic#35 has been installed onto TM2. High current fasteners torqued to 130 in lbs.

Mating of the 9 pin connector was extremely problematic but in the end I was able to get it to mate properly. Noticed left (when facing module in hot cell) febiad coil left twisted a bit when torqued up.

Maico entered the hot cell and re-strung the skipped cable back onto the pulleys this morning. Manipulator is now operational.

Entry  Friday, October 21, 2016, 15:10, Anders Mjos, South Hot-Cell, Repair, TM2, Ta#49, Stuck TGHT clamp bolt removal

During target removal on Wednesday October 12th, the left target heater conductor bolt (ITD0058) could not be removed. The bolt was found to be stuck in the threads (keensert) of the TGHT conductor block (ITA0583). In the process of attempting to remove the bolt, the conductor insulator (ITD0054) cracked (ref assy ITD0052). To allow increased torque to be applied and support the conductor block, a clamping jig (ITD0612) was designed and fabricated. The jig was assembled and it's function tested on the ISAC Test Stand on Friday 14th. On Monday 17th the bolt could be removed using the clamping jig and a socket wrench with an extended handle.

The threads on the removed bolt was damaged. A new set of bolts were therefore prepared and a tap was run through the keensert to restore the threads. The threads in the conductor block was tested and found to be OK using a new bolt.

The spent target could now be removed. Unfortunately the right manipulator failed during installation of a new conductor insulator, which forced the repair of the insulator and installation of the new target (SiC#35) to be postponed until the manipulator can be repaired.

Broken cable has been replaced however a cable has hopped some pulleys inside. After two hours in cell the job was stopped with cables still off pulleys. Alternate tooling will have to be made and the job will continue Monday.

The HV enclosure and module connections were inspected by David and Anders on Wednesday 19th in an attempt to find any HV problems causing the high leakage current. One cable was cable tied to a copper conductor in the chase. Some small pieces of loose material were removed. No obvious problems could be detected.
