Chad and I leak checked TM4 HS line after UCx 24 is installed. No leak at 5xE-9atm.cc/sec.  Today, I did helium pressure test on HS line at TCS.
No leak at 70 psi helium 0.0xE-9 atm.cc/sec.
Entry  Thursday, August 30, 2018, 07:42, David Wang, Conditioning Station, Standard Operation, TM4, , TM4 has been connected to TCS.
TM4 has been connected to TCS. vacuum system and water system are started. Everything looks fine.

Both the West Entrance and TM#2 with UC#23 have been moved back into their places in the west target station. The Entrance module move wasn't completely
smooth as it did suffer a little bumpiness when the shield plug part was installed, I was lifted back out again and no visible damage was observed on the
delicate items.

The west entrance module has been moved from the west target station to the south hot cell, for a bellows replacement.

I did a helium pressure test on TM2 HS line at TCS. At 70psi helium, the leak rate is 2.5 xE-7 atm.cc/sec. I think this is the number that close to result
before which is 1.7xE-9 atm.cc/sec. WE know there is a small leak on this water block seal. Chad  and I did helium  spray check yesterday at
SHC. It was good at bottom scale.  No much worry on this low E-7 range leak.

The heat shield water lines were not purged ahead of target exchange  in the hot cell. This resulted in water leaking onto the new target  assembly (heat
shield) when the cooling lines were opened at top and  bottom (for connecting leak detector). Excess water was wiped up with  paper towels.

On July 30th the NHC diagnostic signals were tested:
- 9 pin CPC: a shorting plug was installed on the hot side - continuity check results were as expected
- 4 pin CPCs:  snake camera installed in both hot side connectors with portable monitor on cold side - both connectors worked as expected

ITW Entrance Module was leak checked yesterday with the support of Vacuum Group (Dimo & Edi). The leak detector was connected to primary backing
vacuum line. A leak response was found near the bellow for the beam profile monitor on top of the Entrance Module. It could be confirmed today by actuating
the monitor, that the leak was indeed at that location. The plan is to move the TM and Entrance Module out for target exchange and repair, respectively.
