in March when general fielding in vacuum pit is reasonable for the job. |

Today (2025-01-20), six flasks were loaded in preparation for shipment with the following targets: C#4, TiC#5, Ta#64,Ta#62, Nb#10, SiC#44
Some of the pails (256, 273, 279, 277) required replacement of the wire rope cable with new style, 30 ft length, as requested by CNL. A lifting
label was also applied to these pails. Some of the pails (295, 298) already had the appropriate cable and lifter label. |

Model N remote arm serial #9342 tong cable has been un-jammed from between pulley 3D (see picture) and casting (this is an ongoing issue with #9342 and
9352) and cable restrung and exercised to check motion. Tong system is now functional but exhibits excessive slack. Next step will be to check tension
of the elevation/twist cables and adjust the pulley block if required (this pulley block houses both the elevation twist cable pulleys and the tong cable |

for year 2025. The inspection of these pins and plates was in Target hall crane annual check list. It was issued as a calibration index by Isaac

HALCW pump ITC:MP1 has been started. water are supplied to both ITE and ITW system. all water signals for individual circuits work fine. no major leak
on system. Some small water seeping from small ball valve stems are found in ITW. they will be fixed soon. |

Ceramic conductor blocks ITD0053 and ITD0054 were replaced on TM2. Initially, only ITD0053 was to be replaced but after removing it it was noticed that
ITD0054 (the larger conductor block behind it) was also broken, fractured through the helicoil that retained ITD0053 (see attached picture).
Both the old 53 and 54 fell into multiple pieces upon removal (see attached photo). |

Plant Group Gabril.T organized a target pit CAD filter replacement and testing yesterday. My group helped on this job. small 3T hoist was used
for the job.Still the filter needs to be pushed manually on crane to south into position because of crane access limit on south. The replacement
job went well. Later, Gabril reported his test result is good as well. |

TM2 TP1/TP2 and TCS:TP1S have been started at TCS. The starting time and operation of turbo pumps are ok. TM2 had been stored in silo since last Oct.
TP1/TP2 work fine over long weekend and TCS vacuum is good. I switched off TCS vacuum system. |
