|
Target module window cooling lines at TCS has been modified to use spare 2 channel in TCS: WFB1. The old cooling lines used a spare channel in
TCS WFB2(HVC channel) are removed and capped. After change, TCS window cooling lines will be interlocked with heaters. The test run on new lines are good.
No leak on all fittings, and signals on flow and temperature are good. Control people will be noticed on this change for their following up |

|
Yasmine and I did a rust inpsection on TM4 service cap inide surface and shielding plug surface. No rust has been found. Also, all steel bolts on this
surface look fine. The inside of silo held this module are rust free as well. See attachments |

Wednesday, March 29, 2017, 14:11, David Wang, Conditioning Station, Standard Operation, TM4, , small leak on TM4 Ta(-) water line.
|
A small leak has been found on TM4 Ta(-) which is marked as "B" on terminal blocks. The LD base Leak rate is 1.2XE-8 atm.cc/sec. 70psi helium
has been applied to Ta(-) water line for 3minutes. The leak rate went up to 2.5xE-6 atm.cc/sec and stabilized there. Anders found a helium response on
RGA helium reading during the same time. This confirms the leak is real. Other lines are leak checked today also. They are good still. All TM4 water lines |
Thursday, March 30, 2017, 11:21, David Wang, Conditioning Station, Repair, TM4, , Leak check on TM4 Ta(-) water lines in service cap
|
Leak check on TM4 Ta(-) water lines in service cap is done. LD base LR after 50minutes pumping down:0.0xE-9 atm.cc/sec. base pressure: 0.0XE-4 torr.
I sprayed lots helium on welding stems on Ta(-) line in service cap including stems in blue nylon insulator and stems to service tray. no any response
has been foun on LD. The Ta(-) line in service cap is leak free. |
Tuesday, April 04, 2017, 10:23, David Wang, Conditioning Station, Standard Operation, TM4, , Helium pressure leak check on TM4 Ta(-) water lines
|
This morning, The helium pressure leak check on TM4 Ta(-) is done after TM4 finished conditioning yesterday. LD base LR:8.0XE-9 atm.cc/sec, base
pressure: 0.0XE-4 torr. Applied 70 psi helium to TM4 TA(-) water line. The LR slowly climbed to 2.2XE-7 atm.cc/sec, and stopped there. Waited for 5 minutes
and change at 2.2 X E-7 atm.cc/sec. |

Results of an electrical check on TM#1 with no target attached to it.
I use this e-log entry for TM1 notes as well 1. TM1 IG1 is a dual filament gauge . Its filament is very close to grid now. It shorted
one time during the pumping down. It still works fine so far . But, we may need to change it if we use this module in TS again. |
Monday, April 10, 2017, 11:23, Travis Cave, Conditioning Station, Standard Operation, TM1, no target, Module move
|
TM#1 has been moved from the conditioning station to the north west silo. There was a slight delay in the move as the limits for the hoist
drum got way out of whack and had to be adjusted. |
