The F-308 have been cleaned and serviced. There were three F-308's that came back with some contamination.#13, #15 and #19 were found to have contamination.
They were decontaminated. All of the loose contamination was removed. There is still some fixed contamination. The levels of contamination are low enough
to still be used for shipping spent targets. They have been moved to the north hot cell area and are ready for to be filled with spent targets. |

The NiO #1 spent target was placed into storage today. It is in pail number 01 (101 on Vault Status page) and located in slot 4A of the vault. It was
35.5 mSv/hr upon removal from the south hot cell. See attached PDF for vault details. |

|
TM4 heat shield helium pressure test and electrical check were done at CS last week. The results are good. NO leak had been found on heat
shield circuit. The electrical check is also good. |

TM4 was remote moved from the SCH to the TCS today. This was the first time the module was moved with the framework for the cage in place. The ion gauge
on the service cap is closer to the cage than anticipated and as a result the pins for the gauge were sheared off. Discussion as to how to repair the gauge
(both short term and long term needs to be had). We will try and rough down the TM tonight, it is not believed the vacuum will be affected. |

NiO#1 was removed this morning.
UCx#5 was inserted into the hot cell around 1 pm, installed and leak checked and ready to go to the conditioning station 1:40pm
did have a little trouble with the 9 pin connector. It had to be lossened to get it to mate properly. It was le-tightened once the proper fit was |

|
Grant and I replaced the conditioning station broken srcoll pump with a refurbished scroll pump which is supplied by vacuum group. The replaced
pump is bagged and waiting for RPG further survey in target hall . The target hall is survey after the job, and everything is fine. |

Tuesday, September 25, 2012, 14:33, David Wang, ITW, Standard Operation, TM1, Nb#7, TM1connected in ITW
|
TM 1 is in ITW now. All connections are done. The turbo pumps had been started this afternoon. The vacuum looks good so far. The water interlock check
which related to TM1 are done. They are good. All TM1 water signals are visually checked and they are strong. The rest interlock check ( MCR
XT page) will be finished before shielding blocks moving. The MAA is locked and ITE is ready for proton beam. |

|
Leak detector pumped down to base LR1.3xE-9 atm.cc/sec, and BP 8xE-3 torr. All high vacuum gauge readings at CS and TM1 are at low -6 range from 1.2xE-6torr
to 4.6x E-6 torr. Applied 80 psi helium to heat shield circuit for 5minutes and there is no any response on leak detector. The heat shield circuit
is leak tight. |

|
TM#1 with Nb#7 attached was electrically checked at the south hot cell yesterday, see attached pdf for details. Some notes about this test the oven to
the 60kV common is 2Mohm this was noticed on the target prior to installation on the module, and the 60kV common to chassis is low at 874Mohm (low as in
a non infinite value). |
