3 turbo pumps on TM4 and CS have been started. The pumping down is good so far, The TM4 PNG1 reading is more than 10 times higher than IG1 which is at
the same chamber. It could be a controller problem.  Other 3 high vacuum gauges behavior normal.  The TM4 IG1 is replaced today and it works
fine now.

Electrical check on TM#4 with SiC#29 has been done. The reading of the magnet coil and 60kV common is low at 750 ohms, normally this infinite. Awaiting

July 8 2013 - Long HV conditioning 50kV achieved before sparking caused PS to trip. Was unable to recover to the same voltage

primary)1.9XE-6 Torr. IG1S (secondary vessel)7.9X E-7Torr. The leak detector was at 0.0XE-4 torr and 0.0XE-9 atm.cc/sec level during the leak checked.

TM4 has been disconnected in ITE. All water lines on TM4 have been purged. ITE is venting now.

I have inspected the service tray water block and suggest that they SHOULD be cleaned/polished before we install the new source tray.
The water blocks have slight water scalling to the inside of the ID of where the c seals locate.

 I  reconnected TM1 to ITW on 02 July.The pumping down is good so far. TM1 water interlock check is good also.

Ta#39 has been transferred to spent target storage vault. Ta#39 was placed into pail #106 and placed into spot of 4C of the spent target vault. The pail
measured 95.8mSv/hr upon removal from the hot cell. See attached PDF for details.
