TM2 is moved from TCS to silo this morning. The move is smooth.

  couple of E-8 to low E-7 atm.cc/sec leak were found on TM2 service cap top air to vacuum  o rings.  Replaced these leak o ring seals including o ring on IG1 and steerer service panel,o rings on MSP, EE, D blue nylon and copper feed through, and o ring on a round blank off beside MSP terminal on second row. 

2024-july-03 update: TM2 was leak checked again at TCS. no air to vacuum leak on module top. i helium pressure tested(60psi) all water cooling lines (except HS) . They are leak free.

TM3 UCx#44 after operation electrical check at SHC . see attachment.

Carla: Looks like the short on the cathode observed while trying to operate the FEBIAD in cathode-bias mode is still there. Will do investigations in the hot cell during disassembly.

Tm3 has been moved form ITE to SHC. the move is smooth.

IG1S elbow o ring seal and a blank off cap o-ring seal beside the elbow were replaced on ITE entrance module top last Friday. IG1s has a higher than normal reading so i leak checked entrance module top last Thursday and found leaks to 5x E-8 atm.cc/sec leak on one of (or both of )these two o-rings seals. they are too close to identify exactly on which one was leaking so both o rings were replaced.  other air to vacuum seal on entrance module are leak free. 

Tm3 electrical check without target is done. Everything is good including 2 x 5 pin connectors( all OL at 250 V to 60 KV and each other)  see attachment.

 5 gallon spent target pail, lifting long pole and hook assembly load test was done by Rupan, Keyur ,and David.  Load in pail 101 lbs, test time 10 minutes. No deform on pail( pail OD 29.8mm is not changed before and after test.  The test passed. Also 50 lbs load test on empty tray transit frame was done. The frame is good on test.  Rupan will have a test report on this job.

TM3 has been moved  from SHC to TCS.The move is smooth.

Tm3 electrical check with SiC#46 target  and HS line helium spray check at SHC. were done. everything is good. see attachment.

Tm2 has been successfully moved from SW silo to TCS.

Nb#10target has been remotely  transferred from NHC to SHC.

electrical check  on TM4 UCx#45 target at SHC after operation is done.   see attachment.

TM4 and TiC#7 target electrical check and HS leak check at SHC after target installation have been done.  all results are good. I will attach the checklist when printer is back to work.

TM4 HS line was helium pressure tested at TCS this morning. No leak. Also i leak checked TM4 top all air to  vacuum seals at TCS. Everything is good.

TiC #7 is a febiad target.TM4 top has been configured for febiad target. checked pin 2-2 to bias, target ,and chassis at 250V. they are all OL.

Tm3 was moved from ITE to TCS this Tuesday, then to SHC  this morning. Both moves are successful.
