Five F-308's were loaded with spent ISAC targets. All five F-308's were serviced two weeks ago. All bolts were torqued and security cables were

Two of resin tank filter cartridges(supply and return) are changed today. Old cartridges and bagged and tagged. The contact field on them are 650usv/hr.
The new cartridges are fiber-glass, Triumf store item. After replacement, the field on contact with the filter case are about 10 usv/hr. But the field
on contact with top resin tank has been increased from 45usv/hr to 225 usv/hr |

The spent target vault door does not open or close. The emergency door closing did have to be used to close the door as it was locked in an open position,
the door stopped just off the open override limit. The door was closed and the spent target that was being assayed was placed into the mini storage. The
problem with the door appears to be related to the motor itself, as all the controls to the motor appear to be in working order. Also it was noticed on |
