There is a pin hole water leak coming from the DIW supply pipe going into the ISAC B1 hot lab - rm 06. It appears to be on the solder / joint.
The leak is very small at this point. Mostly just a drip. |

A pin hole leak was found in the previously repaired D.H.W.R
waterline. Soldering of new copper pipe was done. The fire alarm 051-046 in the ISAC Cold Lab was disabled. We removed a copper pipe section out into the
hallway and stopped around 6 ft past the door to the ISAC cold lab. We did find a second smaller leak outside past the door.

Fri 03/03/2017 17:00 - A water leak was noticed on the D.H.W line. Hot water to the Cold lab was shut down.
Wed 15/03/17 11:00 – 14:45. The insulation
was removed. A pin hole leak was found in the D.H.W waterline. Soldering/replacement of new copper pipe was required. The smoke alarm in the Cold Lab was
disabled during the work period.
The corroded copper pipe section was replaced. An insulating tape was added where the pipe rests on another metal joint; |

Same pipe that had a leak in the cold lab ~1 month ago now has leak in SEM lab.
Small amount of water on floor and ceiling tile was brown and very bulgey - looked like it was about to collapse. |

washable so please use them. I also have some paper booties there if

No contamination was found on the sealing edges of the glove box. Both old gloves were placed in bags & placed in the alpha waste bin.

Thursday, April 07, 2022, 12:00: While preparing to remove LaC, the roughing pump (1) stopped operating. It didn't appear to seize, just no longer powered
up. Multiple outlets attempted. Vacuum group contacted & they brought us a replacement.

It was noticed on Wednesday that the glove box was not regulating pressure properly & the H2O sensor was reading (Very unstable) anywhere from
30 ppm to 0.25%. The box was isolated & checked for leaks. Unable to vent properly except manually. |

On November 10th / 11th a site wide power outage occured. Once power was restored, the Ar glove box had intermittent issues with the solenoids
& blower. The blower did not start & the solenoids often got stuck or ceased operating.
Yesterday Randy B inspected the connections to see if they were receiving enough power. It was good from the main plug-in, through to the PLC, |

All the fumehood pumps in the ISAC-I hot and cold labs got tripped off when the MCC-X was powered down (See ISAC WP#2011-03-30-5). No reaction
process is done inside the fumehoods, so the pumps are ok to be left off for now until the MCC-X work is done. |
