Thursday, April 07, 2022, 12:00: While preparing to remove LaC, the roughing pump (1) stopped operating. It didn't appear to seize, just no longer powered up. Multiple outlets attempted. Vacuum group contacted & they brought us a replacement.

Thursday, April 07, 2022, 12:21: Pump was replaced. (Pump 2).

Friday, April 22, 2022, 11:30: The roughing pump failed (Pump 2) & shut-off. Appears to have seized. Oil?

Was replaced by Vacuum Group in the afternoon with 3rd pump.

Monday, April 25, 2022, 09:13: Roughing pump failed & shut-off. (Pump 3). The oil was completely drawn out of it & into the ventilation line (To EF14).

Fault: 14843

Friday, June 01, 2022, 12:00: RP changed with a new IDP15 roughing pump. Fixed.
