2013 winter shut down ITW-TM1 primary vacuum vessel, secondary vacuum vessel, and water lines leak check: connected leak detector to TP2(primary and water lines) and TP4S (secondary). base leak rate 0.0xE-9atm.cc/sec,base pressure 0.0XE-4torr. Sprayed helium to all primary vacuum seal and there is no response on leak detector. Helium pressurized all water lines(except HS) at 70psi ,3mins.Tube heat(+) no response, tube heater(-)1.6xe-9atm.cc/sec, target oven(-)5.8xe-9atm.cc/sec, target oven (+) 6.9xe-9atm.cc/sec, EE 5.7xe-9atm.cc/sec, MSP no response, window 7.5 xe-9atm.cc/sec.All water lines are water leak free.  Two leaks had been found on secondary vacuum vessel. One is on exit 1 to tank o-ring (east side, E-N corner). The leak detector got   responses from 1.4 to1.7 xe-7 atm.cc/sec scale . The test  hadbeen repeated 4-5 times and   confirmed the location   . The second one is a small leak which  is on exit 2 to tank o-ring(east side, close to E-N corner). The leak detector got  responses from 1.4 to 1.8xe-8atm.cc/sec scale. The test had been repeated 3 times and confirmed the location. As the present plan. we will replace the exit1 to tank o-ring during this year shut down time.

Disconnected EXIT1 in ITW. All cables , wires and air lines are label marked.

TM1 moved from the west station to the southwest silo. Move went well.

Ta#39 has been inserted into the hot cell in preparation for TM1 target change.

TM#1 has been moved from the south west silo to the south hot cell, move went well.

Ta#39 has been installed onto TM1.

Electrical check on TM#1 with Ta#39 installed at the south hot cell. Target passed the electrical checks, see attached pdf for details.

 Roughing started at 12:06. It was believed there was a problem with the compressed air but there was none, TM1 doesn't leak and so you cannot hear that the connection is made.

 Roughing stopped as the module and cover requires modifications that require the vacuum to be opened.

TM#1 with Ta#39 at the conditioning station, has failed its electrical test see attached pdf for details. Also while setting up for the electrical test one of the high powered flexible connectors popped out its crimp and another is working it out its crimp.

TM#1 with Ta#39 had the electrical check done on it again it passed, changes this time were the water lines were purged and it was under a better then roughing vacuum. See the attached pdf for details.

 TM1 started venting at 4:15 pm with Argon. I will leave the valve open over night.

TM#1 with Ta#39 has not passed it electrical check again, while sitting at the conditioning station at air. The readings have not been consistant. See the current PDF for details.

On April 08th, all water lines in TM1 had been helium pressure tested(70psi) at conditioning station. No leak had been found.

TM1 has been reconnected in ITW. Water interlock check for TM1 is done.

I leak checked new installed ITW EXIT1 tank to module o-ring.No leak had been found . Also ,TM1 primary vessel air to vacuum seals had been checked at the same time. There was no response had been found on leak detector.

Water interlock check  on ITW is done. All water signals are strong on EL panel.  ITW is configured to take proton beam.

Dan and I  disconnected TM1 in ITW.
