During the weekend condition The TM4 spark at 30KV without vacuum response. It is confirmed the spark is from the top TM4 this morning.The flexible cables
in a black wire sleeve which is used for febiad X pin connection drooped too close to the TM4 surface plate, and caused the sparking. The problem
is fixed by Anders and David. The cables is put back where it should stay. After test, no sparking on the top. |

The spent UC#13 target has been moved from the south hot cell to the ISAC spent target vault. It was placed pail #128 and in tray spot 1A. It was 21.5mSv/hr
