TM#1 with Nb#7 has been moved from the west target station to the south hot cell move went well.

Bevan and I disconnected TM1 in ITW this morning. The TM1 was moved to south hot cell later.   

Nb#7 was dismantled and ready for inspection.

Nb#7 was moved from the south hot cell to the target storage vault. The target was placed in pail #103 in slot 6A of the vault and had a reading of 178 mSv/hr upon removal from the south hot cell. See attached PDF for full vault details.

Nb#6 has been inserted into the south hot cell in preparation for ionstallation onto TM1. During the pre-insertion inspection I noticed that I could see the foil installed into the ionizer tube and that in did not seem to be seated or concentric to the tube itself. I had Anders and Friedhelm check this and they deemed that it was ok.

Electrical check has been completed of TM#1 with Nb#6 attached. Our new micro-ohm meter was also used for the first time for this test.

TM#1 with Nb#6 is now in the conditioning station. The fields of the module at the south cell was 15.8mSv/hr. The move was uneventful. Don Dale was present for the move locking out parts of the code so only one movement of the crane could be done at a time.

TM#1 with Nb#6 from the conditioning station to the west target station, move was uneventful. Mike LaRoss was there today for move in place of Don Dale working the PLC.

 A HV test was complete on TM1 with Friedhelm, David, and Myself. The module behaved as it has in other tests. The vacuum achieved was 1.6 x 10^-6 in the diagnostics box, 2.3 x 10^-6 in the containment box, and 8.6 x 10^-7 in the service cap. Maximum voltage without continuous sparking achieved was 27kV. Current was unstable varrying from 40 to 300 uA. This voltage was held for 10 minutes. 

 TM1 has been moved from ITW to the SHC. The move did encounter some issues, one of the railings for preventing people from falling into the MAA was hit with the containment box. This caused the module to rotate. The module rotated ~90 degrees before the problem was noticed. The module was backed off from the post once noticed but had already freely rotated. The box was inspected with the cameras prior to being inserted into the SHC. No damage was detected. The error came as a result of over confidence. It did appear it was going to be hit but as the module moved closer I believed that there would be clearance. The angle of the camera has caused the module to appear it was going to hit thing before in the past but it actually (once the module was closer to the object) had several feet of clearance. This is not a mistake I will make again.

Chad Fisher, Grant Minor, and Don Jackson, have been alerted about this. Chad will complete another visual inspection in the hot cell. David will take swipes of the pole to ensure there is no contamination. 

Megger check values were low but still within operational range.

The Nb#6 target has been moved from the south hot cell into storage. It was place in pail #95 and is in slot 5C of the vault. See attached file for more details.

Everything looks good. A still short to P before target installation. We will float P,Q as before on module top.

LD 0.0 Xe-9 atm.cc/sec , 70 psi helium 3 minutes.  No leak.

 TM2 with new target Nb#11 has been E/L checked sitting on NHC.

 TM2 with new target Nb#11 replaced has been electric checked one more time in ITW.

 Module was connected yesterday and all turbo pumps are running at their top speed. 

 TM2 with target Nb#11 has been disconneted in ITW. The HS line was purged with Nitrogen in station. 

 An electric checked right after TM2 was moved from ITW. 

 The spent Nb#11 target was removed from the south hot cell and place in the spent target vault. It was placed in pail #283 and place in spot 7B is was 65.7mSv/hr upon removal. see pdf for further vault details.
