Chad and i did a leak check on TM4 heat shield circuit with new NiO#1 target installed. It took about 40 mins(much longer than usual) to pump down the
circuit to leak rate 0.6x E-9atm.cc/sec and 0.0x E-4 torr o leak detector.
All vacuum lines and joints which connected to the leak detector had been helium sprayed and they are leak  tight.Chad sprayed helium on each

leak detector pumped down to 0.0xE-9 atm.cc/sec, and 0.0xE-4 torr. All high vacuum gauge readings at CS and TM4 are at low -6 range from 2.2xE-6torr
to 4.2x E-6 torr. Applied 80 psi helium  to heat shield circuit for 5minutes and there is no any response on leak detector. The heat shield circuit
is leak tight.

ITW primary and secondary vacuum vessel leak check are done. There is a 5XE-8 atm.cc/sec leak on Exit service cap NW side square panel.  The leak
is small. And, it is close to ITW TP3 so it is not affect ion beam line vacuum during operation. We will replace the seal on the panel later.
The rest leak check on air to vacuum seals are good. TM2 water lines are pressurized with 70 psi helium. We did it  3 hours after water lines are

After initial troubleshooting 2 blocks were removed form ITW to inspect the entrance module where the beam monitor is installed. The cable was found not
to be connected and was quickly fixed. Blocks reinstalled. The work was done by Maico, Travis and Anders

ITW Entrance Module was leak checked yesterday with the support of Vacuum Group (Dimo & Edi). The leak detector was connected to primary backing
vacuum line. A leak response was found near the bellow for the beam profile monitor on top of the Entrance Module. It could be confirmed today by actuating
the monitor, that the leak was indeed at that location. The plan is to move the TM and Entrance Module out for target exchange and repair, respectively.
