TM4 electric check with new target was done by David. A pic attached here for ref.

 TM#2 with UC#34 has been moved from ITW to the north hot cell had the target removed and then moved to the south west silo.

 the test was done when TM2 sit on NHC.

 TM#2 moved from ITE to NHC SiC#41 removed and then moved back to ITE.

 The spent SiC#41 target has been placed in pail #260 and placed in spot 5B of that spent target vault. See attached PDF for details. 

Travis and Nadia moved TM2 from ITW to NHC this morning. The move is smooth and successful.

TM2( no target ) has been moved  from NHC to SMP.  The moving is smooth and successful.

 David made an electric check after TM4 been moved to NHC from ITE. The target is still on the module. Please find out attached pic for detail.

TM4 was removed from NHC to S_W silo yesterday.  The remove is smooth and successful.

 An electrical check was done at NHC, see attachment pls.

 While removing the SiC#42 it became apparent that the multipin guide pin had become loose again and was not allowing the target to dismount from the module.

The multipin shoulder bolts were removed and then the multipin was able to be pried off.

However the NHC manipulator were not able to reach the guide pin to remove it, which would be required before the SiC#43 could be installed.

The target module was then moved to the SHC where the guide pin could be removed and the installation of SiC#43 took place, along with the transfer of the parasitic attachment onto the SiC#43.

This problem seems to suggest that the multipin could use some redesign to ensure smoother target exchanges.

 A p2n target in TM4 was electrical measured on NHC. see attachment pls.

 New Target Ta#64 was installed on TM4. Electrical measurement result is good. c/w attachment.

 A electrical check was done for TM2 with UCx#38

 A standard electrical check was done for TM2 after the short issue be fixed.

UCx#38 developed a short between the plasma electrode and the extraction electrode about 30mins after reaching full temperature in the conditioning station. The decision was made to bring it into the anteroom and try to clean it there.

To do this, it was uninstalled, the parasitic attachments were removed and it was brought into the ante room.

I removed the EE and the PE, and cleaned quite a lot of material from them both with methanol. I think put the ionizer foil bar down the ionizer to help dislodge any material there, and I also turned the target over and tapped gently to get any material out. The first two times some flakes came out, the third time nothing came out. I then reinstalled the electrodes using the EE alignment tool (not sure how successfully, didn't push it into the ionizer too much because I was worried about catching the Rh foil).

The taret was meggered at 500V then reinstalled and electrical checks were done. Everything looks back to normal. Conditioning in ITW was successful.
