Cooling water not yet connected to TM.

High leakage current still observed. 200 uA at 22 kV. Did not go past 25 kV.

Friday, September 29, 2017, 14:09: BIAS / EZL / EE at 20 / 10 / 1.5 kV. BIAS current at 90 uA

Monday, October 02, 2017, 10:29: Accidentally set BIAS current limit to 0 A (step size too large) at 28 kV. This also caused the TGHT to got to 0 A. Recovered to 580 A in 10 - 15 s.

 TM#2 with Ta#54 has been moved from the conditioning station to the west target station.

 TM#2 with Ta#54 has been moved from the west target station to the south hot cell.

 The spent Ta#54 target has been moved from the south hot cell to the spent target vault. It was placed in Pail #157 and put in spot #5B of the vault.

TM#2 with Ta#53 has been moved from the conditioning station to the west target station.

Electrical checks of TM#2 with Ta#53 and also with out a target.

The spent Ta#53 has been moved to the spent target vault. See attached file for details.

 Ta#53 was repacked and placed in the mini vault it was changed from pail#164 to pail#262. See attached PDF for further details.

UC#20 has been removed from TM4 and put in a bucket back-filled with argon. Ta#52 has been installed onto TM4 with new fasteners. High current torqued to 130 in lbs.

 TM#4 with Ta#52 has been moved from south hot cell to the conditioning station.

LD base LR:0.0Xe-9 atm.cc/sec. No leak has been found during the check.  The HS line will be helium pressurized at TCS this week.

Helium pressurized the HS line at TCS. 70 psi 2 minutes, 0.0 x E-9 atm.cc/sec. No leak.

The voltage response on TBHT and TGHT changed as the target was heated up. This was later determined to be due to target shorting to heat shield and the grounding of the power supplies being achieved at the HV pedestal in the target hall and not in the HV enclosure as is done online. When this was changed, the target operated normally again.

 John Chow configured TCS to cathode bias mode (IRH1538). The anode P/S is in positive mode.
