Cooling water not yet connected to TM.

High leakage current still observed. 200 uA at 22 kV. Did not go past 25 kV.

Friday, September 29, 2017, 14:09: BIAS / EZL / EE at 20 / 10 / 1.5 kV. BIAS current at 90 uA

Monday, October 02, 2017, 10:29: Accidentally set BIAS current limit to 0 A (step size too large) at 28 kV. This also caused the TGHT to got to 0 A. Recovered to 580 A in 10 - 15 s.
