USB was pulled from conduit

While attempting to re-pull the USB in the correction direction, the ethernet cable was damaged and need to be replaced,

(thanks to the Hubert's team for the wire help) 

It was decided that it was too problematic to re-pull the wires with all other wires in the way. Therefore all the wires were removed from the operator control panel, and pulled so that the USB, USB power cord, and ethernet could be re-pulled all together.

However, even once all the wires were re-pulled and reconnected it was discovered that the USB had become damaged, and was removed again.

- A new conduit was added through to the NHC, for only the USB

- USB was fed through, reconnected, and tested

- Putty will need to be added around the conduit to ensure a good seal into NHC

The Target Hall Crane has been shut down in preparation for the power outage tomorrow (Dec 22). Power will be restored on Dec 23.

Dec 23 update: power has been restored. The crane appears to be in working condition as there is no fault indicator on the PLC.

TM3 was remotely moved from the conditioning station to the South Hot Cell. No containment box.

TM3 has been moved from the Silo to the South Hot Cell.

TM2 has been connected to ITW. Turbo pumps are stared. ITW pumping down is fine so far.

TM2 has been moved from the Conditioning Station to ITW. 

C#2 has been moved from the south hot cell to the spent target vault. It is in spot 8A of the vault in pail # 235 and was 185 mSv/hr upon removal from the south hot cell.

The Target Index spreadsheet has been updated on DocuShare.

LD 0.0 Xe-9 atm.cc/sec , 70 psi helium 3 minutes.  No leak.

Everything looks good. A still short to P before target installation. We will float P,Q as before on module top.

TM2 has been moved from ITW to the South Hot Cell.

Reading at ITW: 114 mSv/hr

Reading at SHC: 85 mSv/hr

 UC#31 has been moved from the south hot cell to the spent target vault. It is in spot 8B of the vault in pail # 224 and was 3.71mSv/hr upon removal from the south hot cell.

 TM#4 with Ta#61 has been moved from the south hot cell to the east target station.

TM2 old source tray and TM4 optic tray are stored together in vault tray#9. The fielding measurement at SHC post 0.5 meter distance:
 

March 1st 2019, maximum 14.6msv/hr, minimum 4.78 msv/hr

Nov 2nd 2020, max 7.11m sv/hr, min 2.5msv/hr.

 TM#4 with UC#31 has been moved from the east target station to the south hot cell.

 Targets Ta#48,51,54 SiC#35, and UC#25 were repacked and placed in the mini vault. In the following order back to front. SiC#35 (240), Ta#54(241), UC#25(244), Ta#48(243), Ta#51(242).

Also during this repacking Ta#60 was also placed in the Spent Target Vault in spot 7B in pail# 239.

The were issues with both left and right master ratcheting;

- the left handle was getting stuck in a close position when there was a higher ratcheting tension added

- the right ratcheting was not tightening preventing proper use of the manipulator

Chad and myself were able to identify a missing set screw for the tong cable.

Once this was added the issue with the left master ratcheting seems to be solved.

Lubricant was added to the left master ratchet and this seems to solve this problem as well.

There was also an observation of missing set screws on the spare manipulator for attaching the wrist to the ratcheting handle, which will need to be ordered and attached.

 TM#2 with C#2 has been moved from the south hot cell to the West Target Station.

TM2 electrical check and leak check are done at SHC with C#2 target installed. The results are good.
