TM#2 with no source tray has been moved from the south hot cell to the conditioning station. |
Friday, March 01, 2019, 08:42, Anders Mjos, Conditioning Station, Standard Operation, TM2, , Conditioning TM2 without source tray
|
BIAS and EZL connected. No water flowing into the module (water looped on top of module)

Tuesday, March 05, 2019, 07:20, David Wang, Conditioning Station, Repair, TM2, , TM2 HV test at TCS
|
Spark between HV cover vertical mesh plate and HS 60KV bias connecting clamp 90degree angle at 55 KV on TM2 top. HV cover is removed to test above
55KV. The spark triggered TH and SHC ventilation secondary alarm. |
Thursday, March 07, 2019, 09:12, David Wang, Conditioning Station, Standard Operation, TM2, , TM2 move from TCS to SHC.

TM#2 has been moved from the south hot cell to the conditioning station. |
Monday, March 18, 2019, 07:23, David Wang, Conditioning Station, Repair, TM2, , TM2 window line helium test
|
New seals with a blank off cap are installed on TM2 window line water block. The seals are checked at TCS with 70 psi helium for 5 minutes
with LD at 0.0xE-9atm/cc.sec. No response on LD during test. Seals are good. |
Monday, March 18, 2019, 07:25, David Wang, Conditioning Station, Maintenance, TM3, , TCS vacuum pumps have been stopped.
|
The TCS will be vented soon for TM2 move. |
Tuesday, March 26, 2019, 09:32, Travis Cave, Conditioning Station, Standard Operation, TM2, Dummy Target, Module move
|
TM#2 with a new source tray and the dummy target has been moved from the south hot cell to the conditioning station. |
Tuesday, March 26, 2019, 11:10, Travis Cave, Conditioning Station, Standard Operation, TM2, Dummy Target, Electrical Check

Electrical Check of TM#2 with the dummy target attached. |
Thursday, March 28, 2019, 10:27, David Wang, Conditioning Station, Repair, TM2, dummy febiad test target, TM2 new source tray helium pressure test at TCS.
|
Helium pressure test on TM2 all water circuits is done. 70 psi helium , 10 minutes test time. Leak detector :base leak rate 0.0XE-9 atm.cc/sec, base
pressure 0.0Xe-4torr. No any response on LD during the test. All TM2 water circuit are leak free. |

TM1 shielding plates and their holding bolts are inspected. No corrosion. TM1 is located at TCS now. Both TP1 and TP2 are started. |

TM#4 has been moved from the south hot cell to the conditioning station. |
Friday, June 07, 2019, 13:11, David Wang, Conditioning Station, Development, TM4, , TCS and TM4.

TM4 has been connected at TCS for HV test. TCS water system and vacuum pumps are switched on. |
Monday, June 10, 2019, 08:26, Carla Babcock, Conditioning Station, Maintenance, TM4, No target, Ramping voltage on TM4 w/o source tray
|
TM4 in conditioning station with no source tray, extraction electrode set to HV bias. Brought up to 30kV over the weekend by ISAC ops with no issues.
BIAS=30kV
EL=15kV |
Monday, June 10, 2019, 16:22, Carla Babcock, Conditioning Station, Maintenance, TM4, No target, Ramping V on TM4, no HV cover in TH
|
Ramped down the bias so David could remove the HV cover and lock out the target hall.
Ramped back up to BIAS / EL = 50kV / 26kV quickly with no sparks.
Monday, June 10, 2019, 15:35 : BIAS / EL = 52kV / 26kV |
Monday, June 10, 2019, 18:12, Carla Babcock, Conditioning Station, Maintenance, TM4, No target, Attempt to push bias > 56kV
|
Monday, June 10, 2019, 16:59 : TM4 back up to BIAS / EL = 56.1kV / 29.5kV
Monday, June 10, 2019, 17:14 : After 57kV on the bias, things seem to be getting sketchy. The EL voltage and current are a bit jumpy and stepping
that voltage up seems to produce a slight spike in the bias current. |
Wednesday, June 12, 2019, 08:56, Carla Babcock, Conditioning Station, Maintenance, TM4, No target, More TM4 conditioning without source tray
|
The conditioning station was ramped down overnight and David ramped it back up this morning. Currently trying to get it to sit stable at something higher
than 55kV.
