Found spark signs on TM3's containment on the side of the water blocks. They may be OLD or/and NEW sparking signs, but this in not determined at this
moment. Please see picture: first attachment. First and second attachment show the profiles of water block and HV lines.

Entry  Thursday, May 04, 2017, 19:10, Aurelia Laxdal, Conditioning Station, Repair, TM3, no target, TM3 HV test at TCS up to 50kV
Today TM3 was conditioned up to 50kV. At 50kV sparking started and to go higher in voltage it needs more conditioning time. Lowered it to 49kV for the
night.
Entry  Friday, May 05, 2017, 19:36, Aurelia Laxdal, Conditioning Station, Repair, TM3, no target, TM3 HV test at TCS up to 65kV
Today TM3 HV conditioning went up to 65kV. I'll leave it here over night. ISAC OPS have instructions to keep an alarm on the HV, and ion gauge and turbo
pump (TP2 tripped 3 times due to sparking).
Entry  Saturday, May 06, 2017, 13:30, Aurelia Laxdal, Conditioning Station, Repair, TM3, no target, TM3 current limiting
Today the voltage was raised from 65kV to 65.7kV. After about 10min at this level TM3 started current limiting. TM3 was not sparking when this happened.
ISAC OPS turned it OFF and then tried to ramp it back ON, but could not do it due to the current limiting.
I turned OFF/ON the PS (locally) 20ming ago and and then tried to get it back from the Control Room, but around 4-5kV it started current limiting.

The target was inspected today.
It was found that the target tube had broken on both sides of the centre block in the region that contain target material. The Ta-foil heat shield
was removed from the let side tube to allow inspection.

By pressurizing the water lines with 70 psi helium David
and I detected a major leak on the Coil 1 circuit. The response maxed out on the leak rate on the leak detector and we could also see a pressure increase

All water circuits except Coil 1 were leak checked by David and Anders. No obvious signals were detected except some small possible responses. See attached

The conductance check on the electrical check was found to be outside of accepted values for the TBHT at 7.0 mOhm. A successful attempt to reduce the
conductance was made by re-tightening the bolts on the TGHT legs in the SHC. Grant operated the manipulator and torqued the bolts to about 1/8 of a turn
with the air ratchet. The conductance across the TGHT (A-B) could be improved from 7.0 mOhm to 6.2 mOhm by re-tightening the bolts. The value is still
