The west entrance module has been moved from the silo to the west target station.

 The west entrance module has been moved from the west target station to the south hot cell, for a bellows replacement.

 The entrance module has been moved from the west station to the south hot cell.

 The West Entrance module has been moved from the south hot cell to the west target station.

 The entrance module has been moved to the east station to the south hot cell for inspection from the turbo pump explosion.

 The east entrance module has been moved from the south hot cell back to the east target station.

 The West Entrance module has been moved from the west target station to the south hot cell for repairs.

 The West Entrance module has been moved from the south hot cell back to the West Target Station.

 The West Entrance module has been moved to the south hot cell for repairs.

 The East Entrance Module has been moved from the East Target Station to the South Hot Cell.

 The east entrance module is now back at the east target station.

Entrance module has been connected in ITW pit per document 190510 " entrance module disconnection and removal procedure".

Using the camera,  Frank and I inspected the broken blades in vacuum duct bending section. We are pretty sure some of  the broken parts are fallen into  bottom of entrance module and vacuum vessel since the broken pars are over on the edge of bending section. The blades rotated at high speed. Basically, They were shoot to the duct opening when they were broken from the pump. Frank and I carefully swiped all broken parts  from the edges  back to center of duct first. Then, We use vacuum cleaner sucked all broken parts out of the entrance module. We can see lots aluminum dust  during the clean up. This kind of aluminum dust also could  fallen down to bottom of module and vessel.  After clean up, We inspected duct with camera. We can see all broken pieces and dust are cleaned out.  The removed broken pieces will be stored with broken pump when the vessel bottom clean up is done.

The broken pieces in ITE entrance vacuum pit are vacuumed out.  At SHC, There are 4 pieces on module collimator block top,  wiring scanner top. Chad removed them out at SHC. Electrical check at module top is done by diagnostics group. Everything works fine.

Entrance Module was moved from South Hot Cell to ITW Station.

Note: weight of entrance module, as shown via overhead crane's load cell, is 14,900 lbs.

Entrance module wire scanner has been replaced. Pictures to follow.

The target was inspected by Chad and Anders in the Hot Cell. Electrical megger tests were done during the assembly. It was found that Insulators No 3 (ITD0311) and No 2 (ITD0310) failed to hold voltage after the run.

EE to HS was measured OL at 1000  V.

The empty pail lifter which is used to move empty 5 gallon pails around the target hall was inspected by A. Newsome. The tool appears to be in good, working condition. The following items were checked.

• Inspect structural integrity of assembly - check for bending, warpage, dents, cracks, rust/corrosion
• Inspect fasteners - check all fasteners installed as per drawings, fasteners are tight
• Inspect pail handling tool interface assembly - check for damage and wear where this lifter connects to the pail handling tool

This is the first time that this lifter was formally annually inspected as per below-the-hook lifting device requirements. Going forward, an inspection checklist will be placed in the target hall, and the inspection will take place each year. A lifter tag was mounted on the lifter.

Four empty F-308s just arrived back at Triumf. I moved them  from shipping to the Remote Handling Shop for service and inspection. I will work on them when not busy with my other shutdown work. ( Cyclotron work)

The emergency close mechanism for the Storage Vault door was tested by Adam Newsome and Travis Cave. The door was opened to its fully open limit, then closed with the emergency system.

The test was successful.
