Vacuum is at 3.6e-6 Torr and possibly still dropping. Starting HV tests with just a tube and wire hanging down from the feedthrough. Turned on
power supply and started raising voltage. |

Started ramping up about 45 mins ago, now at 50kV with no issues. No sparking, occasional current draw to get to the next voltage step. Test piece
is no longer drawing any current, as opposed to yesterday when it was drawing around 4uA at this point. Trace left on insulator must have partially evaporated |

The insulator for the TGHT terminals cracked during an attempt to remove a seized bolt.The right TGHT block was removed with the target and the
bolt cut to remove the target. The single stand-off insulator on the target assembly cracked in the process.

Anode current dropped from 7.328 mA to 6.105 mA. Knocked out the TGHT
The target heater dropped from 580A to 3.1 A. Attempted reset. Non-responsive. |

After not being able to get beam through the emittance meter. I diagnosed that the plates was not biased (reason yet unknow).
I swapped the cables from the plates such that it looks like the picture below. With this, I was able to take an emittance scan with the previous
parameters. |
