Turned TGHT Cu-bar 180 deg. Loosened and re-fastened all bolts to 120 in lbs.

Thursday, October 17, 2013, 11:07: Turbos started.

Thursday, October 17, 2013, 11:16: Turbos at speed.

Thursday, October 17, 2013, 11:17: Vacuum at 1.2E-5 T

 TGHT and TBHT were brought up to 580A and 300A.

Flow meters connected.
